The SMARTER Scholarship
Transform your future in transportation with the SMARTER Center’s prestigious scholarship program! Administered by The National Transportation Center, these competitive awards recognize academic excellence while supporting the next generation of transportation leaders.
For the upcoming Fall semester, partial tuition reimbursement will be provided to up to four undergraduate students attending Morgan State University. Incoming freshmen are welcome to apply.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Completed high school in the US.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Full-time enrollment status.
Completed a transportation-related report, project, paper, or research project. (Not required for incoming freshmen)
Accepted into a qualifying transportation program at Morgan State.
